The "Service Provider" is BOSTAN CIPRIAN CRISTI PFA, a company established according to the Romanian law, at the trade register under code 41592401, with headquarters in Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania.

 

The Service Provider reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Use without notice. Any new features that improve or extend the current Service, including the launch of new tools and resources, will be subject to the Terms Use. Continuing to use the Service after any such changes constitutes your agreement. Violation of any of the Terms below will result in termination of your account. You agree to use the Service at your own risk. In simple terms, If you do not agree, you must refuse this Agreement and immediately stop using the Service. Access to the Service is allowed only to those who fully accept the Terms and Agreements.

 

You agree that these Terms of Use as well as the relationship between the parties will be exclusively regulated by the laws of Romania without the intention to enter in conflict with the principles of law or international conventions. The sole authority for settlement the litigation is the Bucharest Municipal Court, Romania. You must provide your full and legal name, valid email address and any other information required for the purpose of completing the registration process.

Authentication can only be used by one person - a single user account used by several people is not allowed. You have the possibility to create separate user accounts for any number of users. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, as well as your account's password . The Service Provider cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the user's inability to comply with this security obligation. The Customer agrees to maintain full confidentiality of passwords related to the Service and his account. In case the Client becomes aware of any unauthorised use of his password or account must immediately notify the Service Provider by e-mail at contact@biziosoftware.com

 

You are responsible for all posted materials and the activity that takes place in your account (even when content is posted by other users that have your account). You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You should not, while using the Service, violate any law in your jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, copyright laws). The client undertakes not to harass, threaten, abuse or harm the Service Provider or other users of this service in any way.

 

Termination of Service

You are responsible for the proper cancellation of your account. All content of your account will be deleted immediately from the System after cancellation. The information will not be recoverable once your account has has been canceled. The right to suspend or terminate your account and refusal to use the current and future service for any reason remains at the discretion of the Service Provider. Such termination of the Service will result in deactivation or deletion of the Account or access rights to your account and waiving of any content associated with your account. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse the provision of the Service for anyone at any time.

 

Modification of Terms

The Service Provider will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, interruption or discontinuance of the Service. The client agrees and is aware that the shape and nature of the Services may change from time to time without prior notice of the Client, due to the fact that the Service provider is constantly improving the Service. Also, the Client agrees and notifies that the Service Provider may stop (permanently or temporarily) the provisioning of the Service (or any function within the Service) to the Client without prior notifying him.

The Source Code of the Service is protected by copyright. The client has no right to copy, distribute, modify, rent, loan, sell, create derivative works, decompile or try to extract the source code of the Service or any part of it without written consent of the owner.

 

The Service Provider does not offer default content, but the Service Provider and its representatives have the right (but not the obligation), at its own discretion, to refuse or remove any content that is available through the Service. The client must not to create, transmit, display or make any content available that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, insincere, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invading the privacy of another persons or hateful (including viruses or any other destructive code).

 

Security of personal data

Your personal data may be used by the Service Provider for order confirmation, e-mail information or other means of communication about subsequent actions, create statistical reports, etc. Your personal data may be transmitted to the authorities of law with the purpose of verifying commercial transactions or other authorities in right to carry out any verifications justified by the law. The data provided by the customers is strictly confidential. The Service Provider guaranties to his customers to not provide their data to third party individuals or companies and use them strictly for the use of the business relationship between the Customer and the Service Provider.

 

This site uses security measures against data loss, data alteration or misuse of information. The supplier undertakes to respect your rights conferred by the Law 677/2001, and by sending a request to: contact@biziosoftware.com, the Service Provider commits itself to: rectify, update, block, delete or transform to anonymous data, free of charge, data whose processing is not compliant the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of persons with regard to the processing of personal data and free movement of such data;

The supplier certifies that it will respect the rights conferred by Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of persons with regard to the processing of personal data and free movement of of these data, of Law no. 365/2002 regarding the electronic commerce, as of the Ordinance no. 130/2000 on consumer protection at the conclusion and execution of contracts at a distance with subsequent changes.

 

These rights include (enumeration not having a limiting character):

• The right to ask the Service Provider to confirm whether they are or not processing your personal data, free of charge for one request per year;

• The right to ask the Service Provider to rectify, update, block or delete the supplied data whose processing is not compliant the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 free of charge;

• The right to ask the Service Provider to stop the processing his personal data free of charge;

 

ANY ATTEMPT TO ACCESS THE PERSONAL DATA OF OTHER USERS OR MODIFY THE CONTENT OF BIZIOSOFTWARE.COM OR ANY ACTION THAT AFFECTS PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVERS ON WHICH BIZIOSOFTWARE.COM IS RUNING ON, WILL BE CONSIDERED AN ATTEMPT TO THE SECURITY OF THE SERVICE AND WILL BE REPORTED AND PROSECUTED AS CRIMINAL ACTIVITY.

 

General conditions

Use of the Service will be at your own risk. The service is given on the "as is" and "as available" principle. Among other things, the Service Provider does not guarantee that:

• the use of the Service by the Customer will satisfy its requirements;

• the use of the Service by the Customer will be uninterrupted, on time, safe and without errors;

• any information obtained by the Customer, as a result of its use, The service will be accurate, correct, reliable and updated;

• defects of the Service will be corrected.

• No guarantees apply (including for satisfactory quality, appropriate to the purpose or in accordance with the description) of the Service except the Terms expressed in this agreement.

 

Technical support is available via email and the integrated chat found on this website. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages damage caused (including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of commercial funds or business reputation), which could be claimed by the Customer as a result of its relationship with the Service, including:

• damages caused by any modification that the Service Provider can make in the system;

• damage caused by any permanent or temporary interruption in service delivery;

• damage caused by the deletion, corruption or inability to store any kind of Customer Content;

• damages caused by the Client's inability to provide accurate account information;

• damages caused by the Client's inability to secure and keep password confidentiality or account details.

 

The client knows that the Service uses third parties and partners for providing the necessary equipment, storage devices, and related technology necessary for operating the Service. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or operate any part of the Service, the utility of the Service or any access to the Service without the express written consent of a Service Provider.

 

The customer must indemnify the Service Provider for any claims, debts, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including attorneys' fees, results of a breach of the Agreement or activities in the Client's account.

 

Although we may, we have no obligation to remove content or accounts that have content illegal, offensive, threatening, slanderous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, unacceptable minorities violating intellectual property of any part or these Terms of Use.

 

The Client agrees that the Service Provider will send the Client notifications, including those related to changes made to the Agreement by email, mail or notifications in the System. You are not allowed to transmit viruses or any kind of code destructive. Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit the liability of the Service Provider for damages that cannot be legally excluded or limited by Romanian law. Inability of the Service Provider to exercise any right or provision of the Terms of Use will not constitute a waiver of this right or provision.

 

Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider and governs your use of the Service by replacing any agreements between you and the Service Provider (including, but not limited to, of any previous versions of the Terms of Use).

This agreement is regulated by the Romanian law. Any dispute regarding the Agreement must be resolved by means of negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the dispute will be resolved at the Bucharest Municipal Court, Romania.
